Donations & Refund Policy
Donations
All donations received by FCLL are voluntary contributions made in support of its charitable objectives.
Use of Donations
- Restricted donations will be used for the purpose for which they are accepted.
- General donations may be used wherever FCLL considers they are most needed in furtherance of its charitable mission.

As charitable donations are voluntary, donations are generally non-refundable. However, FCLL may consider refund requests where:
- A duplicate payment has occurred
- An incorrect amount has been donated due to an evident error

Requests should be made within seven (7) days of the transaction. Approved refunds will normally be made only to the original payment instrument.
If an 80G certificate has already been issued or statutory filings have already been completed, additional verification may be required before a refund can be processed.
FCLL reserves the right to determine whether a refund request qualifies under this policy.

Refund requests should include, at a minimum, donor name, date of donation, amount, transaction reference and the reason for request.
